Avocado-Lime Green Smoothie

Balsamic Hot Chocolate
Warm Autumn Punch
- 6 cups Apple juice
- 2 cups Cranberry juice
- 3 tbsp. OLiV’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 16 whole Cloves
DIRECTIONS:
Combine in a crockpot and serve warm. Also delicious with a splash of spiced rum!
Avocado-Lime Green Smoothie
- 1/2 ripe Avocado
- 2 handfuls of fresh Spinach
- 1 cup Milk of your choice
- 2 handfuls Ice
- Juice of 3 Limes, about 5 – 6 tablespoons
- 1 tbsp of OLiV White Balsamic or White Kiwi Balsamic
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Choose either OLiV White Balsamic Vinegar or White Kiwi Balsamic Vinegar, Adjust sweetness to taste. If you would like, garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
Gesundheit Virgin Sangria
- 750 ml Gesundheit! Baco Noir Grape Juice
- 2 tbsp OLiV Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 Oranges: 3 juiced, 1 thinly sliced
- 1 medium Lime and Lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup each of Blueberries and Raspberries
- 1 Royal Gala Apple, cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 L of Sparkling Water
DIRECTIONS:
In a large jug or bowl combine your Gesundheit! Baco Noir grape juice, OLiV Cranberry Balsamic, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix well. Add in your sliced citrus, apples, blueberries, and raspberries. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours preferably overnight. Before serving, top off your sangria mix with sparkling water and enjoy!
Balsamic Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup of cream, milk, or milk alternative
- 1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (or 2-5 squares of dark chocolate)
- 1 tbsp. of OLiV Balsamic Vinegar (Our Favourites: Caramel, Raspberry, Espresso or Coconut)
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pot on high heat, combine all ingredients and stir. Once bubbling, remove from stovetop and serve with marshmallows & an extra drizzle of OLiV Balsamic!
